Like Matt Asay says everything should be easy. You can´t offer too complicated app for customers.
MQ combines wiki-idea, file sharing and tasks. These three functions are colored differently. If you click on the these tabs, header will chance its color. You can´t be notified this transforming. It helps a lot to see where you are in MQ.
Of cource it is allowed the create teams, invite team members by admin. This prosedure is easy one. Just log in as admin and go Teams-section above the view and create new team. You can make so many as you wish. I´ve created four teams to help collaborating.
Inviting team members is easy. Just make sure that you have picked up the right team. Then drag-drop members to your team. That´s all.
