Two weeks ago I surprised positively after upgrading WordPress. Wow – what a user interface. How nice features! I consider that the community around WP has succeed in creating a masterpiece. WP is a real state-of-art system, that is a result of a true Open Source community.

Couple of weeks ago I was taking part in a job interview. A nice HR-guy politely gained an eye contact and ask a question – Do you improve yourself? I was totally surprised. Of cource I do, I replied.

While I was listening Buddy Rich´s very fascinating big band from the 1970s with my iTunes, I got the feeling. You can use big bands metaphorically, when you are deeply involved in thinking creativity in organisations.
