Background
The Web Communications Theory attempts to answer why Web Services should be more simpler and balanced and therefore much purposefully performing and functioning.
After experiencing (professionally and privately) the complex nature of hundreds of Web Services I started thinking the alternative approach that can provide better results.
My investigation led to examine the current, sometimes very ridiculous and misleading practices of Web Communications. The most of Web Services are too difficult to use.
In addition, the majority of Web Services seem to suffer from the lack of coordination and therefore they are communicating poorly.
Technology is needed but it doesn’t solve communications solely
According to my investigations the most of Web Services have been mainly seen only from the technological and visual perspectives.
This has been downplayed or forgotten the other important areas like Vision and Content and Culture.
All Web Services carry a lot of issues that are having impact.
As we know, technology and visuality can’t only themselves deliver the message.
The WCT’s role is to depict and make all issues/processes visible that are affecting in Web Services.
The ways of seeing Web Services can be changed.
